Yesterday night at 10 PM I went personally to your office / depot in Kharvel Nagar Bhubaneswar. You know why ? Because your Mr.Dash told he doesn't have people to deliver it, And seeing your service yesterday I though again today you will do some new excuse.
(If you dont have people to deliver then why do you accept courier for bhubaneswar at the first place!!!).
Next time onwards "YOU PLEASE TELL EVERYBODY THAT DTDC DELIVERS DEPOT TO DEPOT only... And you guys don't deliver the courier to the DESTINATION ADDRESS / HOUSE."
I have also prepared a blog http://dtdc-bhubaneswar.blogspot.com/ to aware all the people who ever wants to send a courier to bhubaneswar through DTDC.
People should start looking for alternatives.

Then what was the use of me paying extra and sending this courier by air, when DTDC is taking 2-3 days to deliver it in the same city itself.
Patients coming from various parts of orissa, can find this house easily, why not the DTDC person !!!!
At the end when I said, ok no issues I will only come to your branch and pick it up, You know what he said??? He said "Its not in bhubaneswar. It is in the cargo office(which is outside the city)... Then my question is "then what is this fuss about delivery boy not finding my address and all. Its a simple lie"
Is this DTDC service ?

I had booked a courier from sivakasi to bhubaneswar ( tracking number - D09338405). Which is lying in bhubaneswar from last 2 days.
I had called up the local dtdc office, they say they are not aware of this package.
But the system says its in bhubaneswar. I had booked it over AIR thinking it will reach early (For which I have paid extra too!). But now its taking more time then the surface cargo !!!
CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS....
